Is there a delivery or pick-up fee?

Stack charges a delivery and pickup fee based on your distance if you’re within a certain radius of our live markets! If delivery and/or pick-up is outside of our main operating zone, just let us know and we will provide the cost of gas & time.

Do I need to be present for delivery + pick-up?

Yes, in most cases someone over the age of 18 needs to be present to sign for and accept the delivery. If for some reason you will not be present, let us know in advance and we may be able to work out a special delivery if there is a safe space to leave the boxes and dollies.

How big are the bins?

Each standard size bin is equivalent to a large cardboard box and measures 27” by 17” at the top, 24.5” by 14.5” at the bottom, and 13” tall. In our experience, this is the perfect size box for any move!

What happens if I want to extend my rental?

No problem! Simply let our team know before the pick-up date that you need to extend the rental window, and by how long, and we’ll make it happen. You will simply be charged extra for every week that you keep the boxes beyond what you’ve already paid for.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order anytime up to 48 hours before the pre-scheduled delivery date for free. If you need to cancel within less than 48 hours notice, there is a $50 convenience fee. If you have already received the boxes and need to cancel your order post-delivery, that is fine too, we simply charge a $99 re-stocking fee.

Does Stack deliver inside my home?

Nope! Stack is a door to door delivery service. That means we drop off your items at the nearest accessible point outside your home or apartment—typically your driveway, garage, or the door to your unit. We don’t carry items inside your home or apartment.

What if I have stairs?

We get it—stairs happen. For any delivery that involves going up or down stairs, we reserve the right to charge a $10 fee per flight that we help with. If you choose to carry the boxes up or down the stairs on your own, we will not charge you. Please indicate if you need assistance during the checkout process.

You Know, I Usually Do All the Moving

“You know, I usually do all the moving by myself. Packing boxes running the truck getting moving, help getting moving help to empty the truck. This time I went with STACK only because I didn't want the hassle of renting the truck due to an ankle injury. And saw the promotion for stack and all I can think of was, oh my gosh, I don't have to put together boxes, tape them up, pack them, untape them and break them down. Needless to say, this was the best decision out of all the decisions I made this time in my move. It made organizing the bins to be placed in the correct room. And then just emptying them accordingly. Definitely cut down on the stress. The only stress I had was my movers instamover left nine bins and three dollies at my old address. So I stressed about how to get them, because I had no transportation to get back. And to pick them up and bring them to my new house, they were empty and then I worried about my landlord keeping those bins because they were left on property. Some migracious neighbors moved the bins to their driveway, so they can be picked up and stack. Picks them up with no issue, no additional charge. No questions asked once again, my budget thanked them. My stress level was lower.And I will deal with these people each and every time I move because I know this was not my last i highly recommend Moises and STACK IF I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS, I WOULD”
