You can cancel your order anytime up to 48 hours before the pre-scheduled delivery date for free. If you need to cancel within less than 48 hours notice, there is a $50 convenience fee. If you have already received the boxes and need to cancel your order post-delivery, that is fine too, we simply charge a $99 re-stocking fee.

If you choose to carry the boxes up or down the stairs on your own, we will not charge you. Please indicate if you need assistance during the checkout process.
