Stack charges a delivery and pickup fee based on your distance if you’re within a certain radius of our live markets (each city is slightly different)!If delivery and/or pick-up is outside of our main operating zone, just let us know and we will provide the cost of gas & time.
Yes, in most cases someone over the age of 18 needs to be present to sign for and accept the delivery. If for some reason you will not be present, let us know in advance and we may be able to work out a special delivery if there is a safe space to leave the boxes and dollies.
Each standard size bin is equivalent to a large cardboard box and measures 27” by 17” at the top, 24.5” by 14.5” at the bottom, and 13” tall. In our experience, this is the perfect size box for any move!
No problem! Simply let our team know before the pick-up date that you need to extend the rental window, and by how long, and we’ll make it happen. You will simply be charged extra for every week that you keep the boxes beyond what you’ve already paid for.
You can cancel your order anytime up to 48 hours before the pre-scheduled delivery date for free. If you need to cancel within less than 48 hours notice, there is a $50 convenience fee. If you have already received the boxes and need to cancel your order post-delivery, that is fine too, we simply charge a $99 re-stocking fee.
Yes, we provide a label for each box that you order. If you wish to add more labels, please do so in the booking module.
Yes! Each of our boxes are fully cleaned and sanitized between each move by our local team.
Nope! Part of the beauty of renting Stack boxes is the convenience of having boxes that are pre-assembled with tops that easily interlock. Cuts down on both the time required to pack and the cost of supplies.
Drop offs and pick ups are handled by our local team, who you will be put in touch with directly prior to delivery date.
We will put you in touch with our local team who will be handling the delivery and pick-up so that you can contact them directly. Of course our customer service team is also available at your convenience.
No. Stack only provides boxes and dollies, you are responsible for the move itself. Should you need a recommendation for a moving company to assist you, we have local partners that we would be happy to recommend and introduce.
We will gladly drop-off additional boxes. Simply contact us during the rental period to let us know how many more boxes you need. The cost is $5 per box and we charge a $30 re-delivery fee.
Each box is manufactured in the US and made from recycled plastic. Each box is re-used for hundreds of moves which makes moving with Stack more sustainable and better for the environment than single-use cardboard.
We charge a $25 fee for each lost box and a $75 fee for each lost dolly. Equipment will be counted by our local team during the pick-up process.
