If you have already received the boxes and need to cancel your order post-delivery, that is fine too, we simply charge a $99 re-stocking fee.

We get it—stairs happen. For any delivery that involves going up or down stairs, we reserve the right to charge a $10 fee per flight that we help with. If you choose to carry the boxes up or down the stairs on your own, we will not charge you. Please indicate if you need assistance during the checkout process.
