Are the Rental Boxes Delivered to My Home, or Do I Need to Pick Them Up?

Each rental includes convenient delivery and pickup across all various U.S. locations, saving you time and effort. Just provide your delivery and pickup address when booking your reservation, and we will give you a quote.

Do I Need to be Present for Delivery & Pick-up?

Yes, you do. In most cases, we need someone over the age of 18 present to sign and accept the delivery. If for some reason you won’t be present, please let us know in advance, and we may be able to work out a special delivery if there is a safe space to leave the boxes and dollies.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order for free up to 12 hours before your scheduled delivery. If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, there’s a $25 convenience fee. If the boxes have already been delivered and you cancel afterward, a $99 restocking fee applies.

Does Stack Deliver Inside My Home?

No, we do not. Stack is a door-to-door delivery service. That means we drop off your items at the nearest accessible point outside your home or apartment—typically your driveway, garage, or the door to your unit. We don’t carry items inside your home or apartment.
