Stack Moves is a moving-box rental service built around sturdy, reusable plastic bins instead of single-use cardboard. Each bundle includes bins, dollies, and reusable labels. The bins are cleaned and sanitized before every rental, stack securely for transport, and are returned once the move is done. ## How it works

1. Stack delivers your bins and dollies to your home or office.
2. You pack, stack, and move.
3. Stack picks everything up for free once you have unpacked in your new place.

Delivery is door to door: bins are dropped at the nearest accessible point outside your home or unit (driveway, garage, or unit door). Stack does not carry items inside your home.

Every bundle includes delivery and pickup. A distance-based delivery and pickup fee may apply depending on how far you are from the nearest active market. You choose the rental timeframe, and rentals can be extended by the week.

## Rental terms

- Base rental is 1 week; extend by the week (per-week rates above) by telling the team before the pickup date.
- Cancellation: free up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Within 48 hours there is a $50 fee. After bins have been delivered, a $99 restocking fee applies.
- Stairs: for deliveries where the team carries bins up or down stairs, a $10 fee per flight may apply. No charge if you carry them yourself.
- You do not have to be present for delivery or pickup.
