Delivery is door to door. Bins are dropped at the nearest accessible point outside your home or unit — typically the driveway, garage, or unit door. Stack does not carry items inside your home or apartment.

## Bundles, contents, and pricing (base rental period: 1 week)

Each bundle is sized to a home type and includes bins, dollies, reusable labels, and delivery plus pickup.

- Studio — 15 bins, 1 dolly, 15 labels, delivery + pickup. $149, plus $60 per additional week.
- 1 Bedroom — 25 bins, 2 dollies, 25 labels, delivery + pickup. $159, plus $70 per additional week.
- 2 Bedroom — 35 bins, 2 dollies, 35 labels, delivery + pickup. $169, plus $80 per additional week.
- 3 Bedroom — 50 bins, 3 dollies, 50 labels, delivery + pickup. $189, plus $90 per additional week.
- 4 Bedroom — 75 bins, 4 dollies, 75 labels, delivery + pickup. $259, plus $100 per additional week.
- 5 Bedroom — 100 bins, 5 dollies, 100 labels, delivery + pickup. $299, plus $125 per additional week.

You pick the timeframe. Rentals extend by the week at the per-week rates above. A distance-based delivery and pickup fee may apply depending on how far you are from the nearest active market; outside the main operating zone, the team quotes the cost of gas and time. ## Rental terms and policies

- Base rental is 1 week. To extend, tell the team before the pickup date how much longer you need; you are billed per extra week beyond what you already paid.
- Cancellation: free up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Within 48 hours there is a $50 convenience fee. If bins have already been delivered, a $99 restocking fee applies.
- Stairs: for a delivery where the team carries bins up or down stairs, Stack reserves the right to charge $10 per flight it helps with. No charge if you carry them yourself. Indicate stair help at checkout.
- Presence: you do not need to be present for delivery or pickup.
